A Bit About Me
Hi! I'm Maia, a creative producer, strategist, and digital artist based between NYC and New Orleans. Before advertising, I worked in production on scripted television series. Before that, I went to film school. And before that, I was born! (6 lb 8 oz)
When I'm not producing, I can be found in my pottery studio, creating digital artwork, working on one of my (many) unfinished writing projects, or re-watching one of my favorite series. (New Girl, Veep, and Cheers. I know you were curious.)

I'm a bit of a nerd when it comes to my spreadsheets and organizational systems– and not because I love data or crunching numbers. But because I love to make efficient, easy-to-use tools that make my life and the lives of my team members' easier. My motto is and always has been "work smarter, not harder". During my time at YouTube, I've created countless spreadsheet and deck templates that are now used across the entire Creative Studio. What a dream for a nerd like me!

As a producer, I am responsible for live action, 3D, static design, out-of-home, paid social, and O&O asset production. I oversee all aspects of production, including but not limited to: shooting, editorial, sound mixing, VO record, color correction, 2D and 3D GFX, and finishing and delivery. I also manage the project budget, bidding and awarding vendors, and invoicing and POs.
As a junior producer I was responsible for overseeing a team of copywriters, graphic designers, video editors, motion designers, and sound engineers. I created digital systems to track specs & delivery of all campaign assets. In this role, I became well versed in UGC licensing and creator content commission.
Assisted in supervising the production of advertising assets including video spots, out-of-home boards, paid social ads, YouTube content series and more. Took part in creative development of each campaign.
